At the heart of Girls Adventures Tanzania is Aikande Robert Nkya , the Founder and Director behind a travel company built around meaningful experiences and a deeper connection with Tanzania.
Her work brings together tourism, people and community, creating journeys that invite travelers to experience Tanzania beyond its famous destinations — through its landscapes, culture, communities and everyday life.
Beyond travel, Aikande is also the Director and Founder of Nguzo Women and Youth Foundation , reflecting her wider commitment to creating opportunities for girls, women and young people through community development, education and participation.

Behind Girls Adventures Tanzania is Aikande Robert Nkya , a Tanzanian tourism entrepreneur and community development professional whose work brings together travel, local communities, women, girls and young people.
Her journey goes beyond tourism. Aikande is also the Director and Founder of Nguzo Women and Youth Foundation , where her work focuses on creating opportunities for girls, women and young people through education, community development and participation.
Through Girls Adventures Tanzania, she brings that wider perspective into travel — creating experiences that allow visitors to discover Tanzania while connecting more meaningfully with its people, communities, culture and places.
